European heritage architecture for Knowledge Hotel cultural project
Cultural and educational project2026–presentOngoing

« Knowledge Hotel »

in partnership with «Svesmi»

An ambitious cultural and educational project designed for a demanding adult audience. Targeted at affluent, educated urbanites who want to keep learning throughout life.

Our observation: there is strong demand for super-high-quality education without traditional formats, exams, or diplomas. In the age of AI, there is also growing demand for access to verified, high-quality knowledge and information.

The name "Knowledge Hotel" — we believe it's perfect and speaks for itself. It is a place (both online and offline) that provides access to top experts, knowledge, data, institutions, networks, collections, and more. In each specific location, we create a true "hub" — a single access point to world-class knowledge on the chosen theme.

We have assembled an outstanding team of people who know how to create cutting-edge cultural and educational projects for the future. Our pilot project will be in Belgium (Antwerp and Brussels). The theme is "Next Heritage".

Arolsen Archives — Light in the Darkness investigative documentary

« Light in the Darkness: The Mystery of the Old Suitcase »

in partnership with «Arolsen Archives»

This investigative documentary immerses viewers in the world of one of the most important archives in human history. The "Arolsen" Archive, located in the small town of Bad Arolsen in Germany, bears witness to the horrific events of the Second World War. This archive still holds documents, photographs and records relating to the victims of the Holocaust and the millions of people who perished during the war. The Nazi command, with typical German meticulousness, catalogued the suitcases, listing all the contents and assigning numbers, but without recording the owners' surnames.

The search for each individual suitcase is presented as a detective story, culminating in the restoration of the name of the victim whose voice has been lost to time. Through unique interviews with survivors of concentration camps, the film offers viewers the opportunity to hear their personal accounts of the terrible ordeals they faced and their struggle for survival.

*The Secrets of the Arolsen Archives* is a compelling and important journey into the past that explores the power of truth and remembrance. The film will allow viewers to see the Second World War and the Holocaust from a new perspective and to understand how archives can help us ensure we do not forget the lessons of history.

GAME-CHANGERS

The documentary *GAME-CHANGERS* (52 minutes) is dedicated to those who, at crucial moments, have transformed our very understanding of heritage — what we preserve, how we preserve it, and why. This is not the usual story about 'guardians of the past', but an attempt to answer the question: 'Who is already rewriting the rules for dealing with heritage today, whilst the majority still view it as a static museum exhibit?'

“Heritage Under Attack: The Perfect Forgery”

A television documentary investigation. This battle has been raging for decades on the global antiques market. On the one hand, there are antique dealers, experts and collectors, for whom the authenticity of an item remains a matter of professional honour. On the other, there is the global counterfeit industry, which has evolved into a high-tech business with laboratories, chemists, engravers and complex supply chains stretching from China to Eastern Europe...
